This is the second time we’ve used Phil as our agent within recent years to buy and sell a home. He came highly recommended to us and we are glad we had him for both experiences! He is very quick with responses, is knowledgeable and made sure we understood everything as well as kept us on track for specific deadlines. On the selling end he made sure the house was spotless and beautiful for the showings. On the buying end he attended all meetings with the new builder and kept them accountable for fulfilling the contract agreements. Over all on both ends, we were in weird circumstances with life and a pandemic, but Phil is really relaxed and made a stressful situation a lot less stressful for our family. We recommend him to anyone in need of a real estate agent!

Mr. Tarket is a wonderful realtor! I would recommend him to anyone. I am a first time home buyer and knew very little at the beginning of the process. He walked me through it all, and answered all the questions I had. He is very timely in his responses, easy to get ahold of, and makes sure the seller is kept on track during the process.
